This research explores the role of leadership styles in managing change. Objectives are: (1) to assess the effectiveness of various leadership styles in change management, (2) to analyze the impact of leadership on employee adaptation to change, and (3) to identify best practices for leading change initiatives. A survey design is chosen for its ability to provide quantitative insights from numerous respondents. Using Taro Yamane's formula, the sample size is 340, ensuring accuracy and reliability. The study focuses on the telecommunications sector in Lagos, Nigeria, where change is constant. The reliability coefficient score is 0.87, indicating consistent results.
